Acceptance of terms
By using PreachPad, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Free use
PreachPad is currently provided free of charge and without ads. You may use it for personal ministry, church ministry, sermon preparation, Bible study preparation, teaching preparation, and preaching support.
Your content belongs to you
Your sermon content belongs to you. PreachPad does not claim ownership of sermons, outlines, notes, templates you create, topics, series, or backup files you export from the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PreachPad to store or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use of the app comply with applicable laws and ministry policies.
Backups
You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important sermon data. PreachPad provides file-based export and import tools, but it cannot guarantee recovery if your device data or backup files are lost, damaged, deleted, or overwritten.
No account or server storage
PreachPad does not currently require an account for core sermon writing and does not store your sermon content on a PreachPad server. Future optional services, if added, should clearly ask for consent before sending user data.
Changes to the app
PreachPad may be updated to improve features, fix bugs, adjust design, add support for more languages, or improve device compatibility. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated app behavior.
